A separate problem was that Sky barked continuously when we met other dogs while on walks. Georgina observed the dogs, explained a lot to us about dog behaviour and then suggested strategies we could put into place. We have now been using these new approaches for about 6 months and there is a vast improvement when we have visitors and at mealtimes, with both dogs being much calmer.
